When a chance for a fresh start comes your way, do you seize it? These Jersey City Heights homeowners hired Houseplay Renovations in the wake of a house fire.

We helped them make the best of a tough situation with a full gut remodel, ultimately upgrading and improving their living space. (Check out our Project In Process blog post to get a sense for the initial planning stages.)

For example, we redesigned the bathroom with a new layout, redid the kitchen, replaced finishes, and took care of flooring, painting, new appliance installation, and replacing exterior siding as well.

The homeowners intend to put their home on the market soon, and given their location and the work we’ve done, there’s little doubt that they’ll receive some strong offers.

We’re proud to have helped them with this project, and we hope that you’ll enjoy seeing the “phoenix” of a home that rose from the fire’s ashes.
