We’ve transformed dozens of historic brownstones over the years. Our biggest asset is our creative design approach that allows us to make small spaces work very effectively – in a brownstone, it’s essential to be thoughtful about every inch. An excellent relationship with the Historic Preservation Commission and a deep understanding and expertise of the challenges that old houses can present have also contributed to our success.
