You know that wonderful feeling you get when you try on a piece of clothing that feels like it’s been made just for you? Perhaps it’s those jeans that are neither too tight or too loose, or that dress that makes you feel like royalty. Just slipping on the item gives your mood a boost.
What if you could have a similar feeling in your own home? What if your living space fit you like a glove? That’s what we create for our clients: spaces that are designed and built to suit.
At present, we’re excited to be working on a full apartment remodel in Hoboken NJ. While we’ve long had a thriving business in Jersey City, we’ve recently been working with more homeowners in the Hoboken area.
In preparation for this design and build project, we met with our clients to catch their vision for the condo space. As you’ll see below, the current space has a neutral, developer feel.
We completed a series of mood boards for the kitchen, laundry room, closets, two bathrooms, appliances, and areas throughout the apartment. Mood boards help us show the homeowners the look and feel of the renovated space and ensure that we’re on the same page when it comes to aesthetics.
The mood boards illustrate the direction our clients want to go: a modern, sophisticated look with lots of textured surfaces, carefully-chosen detailing, elegant lights, and streamlined storage solutions.
At present, the design phase is finished and the building process is underway! Under the supervision of our project management team, our subcontractors have been completing demolition, plumbing, electrical, insulation, flooring, tiling, painting, and assorted other installation tasks to bring this vision to reality.
